We would
like to share the following market updates with you, which we hope will be
useful for your China imports operations.
CN-ORD: Rates for this lane are expected to continue increasing this week. There is
currently a high demand for high-density shipments, as well as electronic items
being shipped before the end of the month. As a result, space for this lane is
fully booked until the middle of the week.
CN-LAX: There has been an increase in the number of e-commerce cargoes and high-density
shipments for this week. Airlines are favoring small bulk cargoes with either
high or low density. Overall, we expect rates to continue rising before the May
Holiday.
CN-JFK: The
market for this lane is becoming more active, with traditional B2B shipments
increasing in volume. Rates may slightly increase for this week, and demand
from B2B shipments is expected to rise.
CN-DFW: The
demand for space from CN-DFW remains strong, and we predict that space will
become extremely tight later this week. This is due to the increasing demand
for shipments routing to South America, particularly MTY. Airlines will favor
small bulk cargoes with low density.
CN-ATL: With the upcoming May Holiday, we predict that space for this lane will become
tight this week and rates will increase.
