On February 1, 2026, MAXWIN's 2025 Annual Meeting was successfully held at the Nansha Garden Hotel and the Wenzhu Hall of the Nansha Grand Hotel. All employees enjoyed a full day of fun through creative interactions, exciting performances, awards ceremonies, and a warm dinner. Looking back on past achievements strengthened their resolve, and looking forward to the future ignited their passion.
At 9:30 AM, the annual meeting officially kicked off at the Nansha Garden Hotel. Employees, dressed in matching black work T-shirts, quickly assembled for a group creative photo shoot and fun team games. "Team Creative Photo" tested teamwork efficiency, "Passing Words on Backs" challenged teamwork and creativity, and "Three-Legged Race" showcased unity and progress. Teams competed fiercely, filling the room with laughter and strengthening camaraderie, setting a lively atmosphere for the day's activities. At 12:00 PM, a sumptuous buffet lunch was served, allowing everyone to recharge and chat about work and life in a relaxed atmosphere.
At 2:30 PM, the cultural performance and awards ceremony commenced in the Wenzhu Hall of the Nansha Grand Hotel. Following a warm welcome from the host, company leaders took the stage to summarize the company's achievements in 2025, affirming the hard work of all employees and expressing new expectations for the 2026 development blueprint. A series of captivating performances then followed: Maggie sang "I Believe," igniting the audience's enthusiasm with its uplifting melody; young guest Jie Xiao presented the dance "Ascending Spring Mountain," her graceful movements captivating the audience; Aaron and Carson's magic show was full of suspense, eliciting gasps of amazement; the Customer Service and Finance Departments jointly sang "Running," conveying positive energy of working together; John's rendition of "The Breakup Alliance" was both nostalgic and melodious; Evan and Darren's skit "News Broadcasting Gossip" was packed with laughs, electrifying the entire audience; and the Overseas Department team's creative dance "Romantic Cherry Blossom Dance" captivated the audience with its energy and creativity, becoming one of the highlights of the entire performance.
Between performances, a series of award ceremonies and interactive games were held, creating a series of climaxes. Awards for Outstanding Employee of the Year, Best Dynamic Development Award, and Sales Champion, Runner-up, and Third Place were announced, recognizing individuals and teams who had worked diligently and achieved outstanding results. Sales champion Carson, in particular, became the focus of attention with his performance. Three team games—"Freight Forwarding Knowledge Showdown," "Spot the Difference," and "Guess the Item with a Homophone"—were full of fun, testing both professional skills and teamwork, with the winning teams receiving cheers. During the dinner, exquisite dishes such as bamboo shrimp cooked in aged Shaoxing wine and beef ribs baked with red pepper in a stone pot were served one after another, as everyone raised their glasses in celebration and shared camaraderie.
